I met Adam Dowler at a trade show. He was very easy and pleasant to talk to. Based on this, I invited him to our home to give us a cost assessment to replace the existing windows. He listened to our concerns, was very thorough in explaining the process, and did not rush us. We subsequently signed a contract to proceed. He constantly updated us on what was going on until the day of installation, which took just one day. We are very happy with the outcome. Throughout, Adam was very pleasant and easy to interact with. We wish him and his company well.

I was very impressed with the company's product and service. They are not inexpensive, but with security doors you want a solid and reliable product, which they provide. They were willing to work with me on the price, and that helped since their initial quote was very high. I would recommend them.
